El Jefe is “the boss” of tarps. 8’ x 10’ flat tarp. It can cover you and your partner in all of the impressive tarp shapes you learned to pitch. A-Frame, Half-Mid, Flying Diamond, Wind Shed, Lean-To, and there are even more configurations out there. Now featuring 16 perimeter tie-out points it allows modular setup and extra holding strength. 50’ of guy line, 8 LineLoc adjusters and stuff sack are all included.
Features:
Ridgeline is TRIPLE stitched with a flat felled seam
Perimeter is sewn with a double rolled hem so there are no exposed fabric edges or fraying
Tie-out points are sewn with a Box-X stitch for maximum strength
Tie-out points at the corners and the ridgeline feature an integrated inner tie-out loop to attach the Burrito Bivy, other interior tarp décor, or to hang your gear
Tie-out points are reinforced with a second layer of ripstop fabric
SilPoly fabric minimizes sag and stretch when wet compared to SilNylon fabric, maintaining a taught pitch
All rigging is removable and replaceable to your liking
